terms and conditions: 

1. The registration for the seminar becomes effective by the confirmation of registration sent by the Regensburg Institute for Classical Homeopathy.
2. Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the seminar. In this case a handling fee of 60,- € will be charged. In case of withdrawal at a later date, the entire registration fee will be retained, unless a substitute person is provided. In this case a handling fee of 60,- € will be charged as well.
3. Sound and video recordings are not allowed during the seminar. Image recordings are permitted.
4. The seminar will be recorded on video. These recordings can be shown in the form of homeopathy continuing education courses or offered for sale as DVD, Internet download or other media. Participants of the seminar are inevitably recorded during the seminar. As a participant you express your consent to this.
5.  All patient information regarding the seminar is subject to confidentiality.
6.  The Regensburg Institute is not liable for the content of the seminar. Organizational changes are reserved.
7. In case of cancellation of the seminar, the already paid seminar fees will be refunded to the participants. Furthermore, the organizer does not assume any liability.
8. The contract is based on German law, the place of jurisdiction is Regensburg.
